We have 12 ensuite rooms available sleeping up to 50 guests, including Twins, Doubles and Family rooms sleeping 3 - 7. We also have two dorms sleeping a further 16. We have a Cot and high chair available - please enquire at booking

Bed and breakfast is availble from £20.00.

Breakfast is optional and bed only accommodation starts at £15 pppn depending on room occupancy and length of stay.

Discounts available:

Children under 12 - 50% off when sharing room with two adults. Children 12 - 15 years old - 25% off when sharing with two adults. Young children not needing a bed stay free.

Self catering

We also offer self catering accommodation in our 3 bedroom cottage just 200 meters from the Kinloch court. 'Croeso' is just 400 m from the beach, 200m from the multistorey car park and Sainsburys and offers total self sufficiency; you could also consider spltiig your group between the 'Kinloch court' and 'Croeso' and meeting up for breakfast each morning at 'Dunes cafe' on the ground floor of Kinloch court.

'Croeso' has facilities for 4 people in 2 double rooms. There is also a garden area with decking where you can have BBQs or just chill out with a glass of wine.

'Croeso' has Sky TV, gas cooker, microwave and all cutlery, crockery, towels and essentials for your stay.

We also offer short stay options unavailable from other accommodation providers in the area during peak season.
