Welcome to Kinloch Court Bed and Breakfast, also home of 'tenby backpackers'. Situated above the South Beach with sweeping views of golden sands towards Caldey Island, Giltar point and the golf course, we probably have the most stunning location in Tenby. Perfectly situated for days on the beach, walking around town or taking part in some of the fantastic and diverse activities the area has to offer. At 'Kinloch Court' we keep our excellent value prices by giving our clients the option of en suite Bed and Breakfast, room only or 'quality, budget' accommodation. With great value bed prices in former 3* hotel rooms, you choose your style of accommodation, bring your own sleeping bag and choose a dorm for a 'cheap and cheerful' stay or have a private ensuite and choose the 'extras' to suite you. We also have  24 hour private parking and such a convenient location to the beaches and town, this is the ideal place for groups, individuals, families and couples! The 'Kinloch cafe' on the ground floor serves breakfasts, hot and cold snacks and beverages from 8am.

If travelling by rail or by coach, both stations are only 5 minutes walk away or we can arrange a taxi for you.

The historic town walls of Tenby are only two minutes walk away with the picturesque harbour 2 minutes further. The South beach is just 300 meters down the hill. We are situated on the famous Pembrokeshire coastal path and have partnerships with many activity providers in the area. Ask about our sister company, 'tenbyweekends' providing fully packaged activity holidays, the 'chill or thrill breaks'.

Self catering

We also offer self catering accommodation in our 3 bedroom cottage just 200 meters from the Kinloch court. 'Croeso' is just 400 m from the beach, 200m from the multistorey car park and Sainsburys and offers total self sufficiency; you could also consider splitting your group between the 'Kinloch court' and 'Croeso' and meeting up for breakfast each morning at 'Dunes cafe' on the ground floor of Kinloch court.

'Croeso' has facilities for 5 people in 2 double and 1 single rooms. There is also a garden area with decking where you can have BBQs or just chill out with a glass of wine.

'Croeso' has Sky TV, gas cooker, microwave and all cutlery, crockery, towels and essentials for your stay.

We also offer short breaks unlike most self catering providers.
